Privacy Policy (Draft)

1. Information we collect

• Account information:your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture provided by Google.
• Content you provide:product details, selling points, audience notes, and the photos, screenshots, and videos you upload as assets.
• Content we generate for you:scripts, research reports, and the video and image ads created in your account.
• References you save:links to public ads from ad libraries, a private copy of reference images, and the analysis of those ads (format, story, on-screen text, and spoken lines).
• Technical data:session cookies that keep you signed in, job records needed to run and troubleshoot generation, and usage data collected by the analytics tools described below.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to provide AdForge: to sign you in, run market research, analyze the references you choose, and generate and store your ads. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Reference images are stored privately and used to analyze the ad and write your ad's copy. Reference videos are downloaded temporarily for analysis and deleted afterward. Selected frames and temporary extracted audio are sent to OpenAI to analyze the reference; selected frames are also stored privately and sent with your product photos to the image model to prepare starting images.

3. Service providers

To deliver the service, we send the minimum data needed to these providers:

• Supabase: account authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• OpenAI: video analysis from selected frames and extracted audio, script writing, text and image analysis, and image generation using source frames and your selected product photos.
• fal: video scene generation from the scene images and voice audio made for your ad.
• Higgsfield: video scene generation, including the product photos you choose for an ad.
• ScrapeCreators: searching public ad libraries.

4. Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use AdForge and to measure our own ads. They use cookies to record pages viewed and actions such as signing up, signing in, and starting an ad, along with device and browser information. We never send your email, name, or ad content to these tools.

You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust ad preferences in your Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

5. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, AdForge receives only your email address, name, and profile picture, and uses them solely to create and identify your account. AdForge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, and never for advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your account until you delete it. You can delete uploaded assets at any time from the Assets page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
